Adventure Continues: My First Painting on a Musical Instrument, Bluebird & Flower on a Ukulele!

A woman smiling and holding a beautifully decorated ukulele with a bird design, set against a backdrop that includes another guitar and artistic elements.

After several weeks of telling you that I’d be painting on musical instruments soon, I’ve finally done it! Here’s my first painting ON an instrument (instead of only OF an instrument, on canvas). Watch me paint a bluebird and a flower directly onto a ukulele in the YouTube video below.

The images are inspired by song lyrics, and I plan to share a video soon of me playing the ukulele, including the song that this painting is about. You can probably guess which song it is! Stay tuned to see if your guess is right. Also, I’ll be painting on a guitar next. I’m very excited about this!!!

And… I’m still learning how to play the guitar; I’ll post more videos of my progress soon. I’m improving, but the biggest win for me so far is that I can now play enough chords to add more challenging songs to my practice sessions! It’s definitely more fun to play the harder songs. I’m adding a few “intermediate” songs, instead of only novice, beginner! I LOVE PLAYING GUITAR!

I hope you enjoyed seeing how my first painting on an instrument turned out, and next time it will be a guitar instead of a ukulele. Until then, and always, may God bless you, keep you, and may His face shine upon you, and your family. xoxo
