“Seasons (of life and nature)” is the current collection, for 2022: New art is added as Natalie finishes each piece. Subscribe to Natalie’s blog to receive notifications of new paintings on the very day she finishes them. Scroll down to see the menu of finished paintings and the progress made on this collection to date.
Paintings in this collection celebrate seasons of life (metaphorical, representational, or inspired-by-real-life scenes about milestones, rites of passage, and shared human experiences of love, aging, family, and beyond) as well as seasons of nature (literal scenes depicting autumn, summer, fall, and winter). Natalie’s art is produced as free videos, prints for sale, fashion and books. Links to art in the collection are on this page and will be updated as each new painting is finished. “50 Oil Paintings Inspired by Seasons” (book four in the “50 Oil Paintings Inspired by” series) is scheduled to be published in November 2022. Previous finished collections in the “50 Oil Paintings Inspired by” series: Nature (2021), Christian Faith (2020), and Savannah, Georgia (2019).

Another one toward my lifetime goal of One Thousand Finished Paintings! Also, there are only 5 paintings left in the 2021 collection “50 Oil Paintings Inspired by Nature“! So, I’ll be formatting the new book soon (ugh! I hate formatting!), and submitting it to start the approval process (and probably fail it the first time or two… ugh, ugh, ugh!). I’m not looking forward to formatting hell, but… it’s all worth it in the end to see the finished collection bound together. And… I can start early on 2022’s collection! Getting a jump on it is a good idea because sometimes life gets in the way and I end up with more pauses in work flow than expected. Well, anyway, that’s my progress report! Have a wonderful weekend, friends.

Fresh off the canvas – “Tiger”, for book “50 Oil Paintings Inspired by Nature“. This animal was requested by my daughter who loves tigers and wanted me to paint one. It is now sold as prints, but the original will remain hers. When the oils set, we’ll hang it in her room.
More than a book, an experience! Watch Natalie paint all 50 paintings through time-lapse videos choreographed to music (in the menu on the right). Cut and remove gift copies of her art included at the end of the book – frame what you like, make crafts (see suggestions in product video below), and gift your favorites to friends and family (don’t worry, all 50 works are in the front of the book, you’d only be removing a second copy of the 13 top paintings). Be a part of the journey by experiencing Natalie’s art in your own way, a personal reflection shared with those you love. *fashion clothing and gallery prints from this collection also available on the individual art pages on this website (not included in the book)

An example of framing a print is shown in the product video (the Lighthouse painting)
You may also choose to put the prints on craft projects. The examples shown in the product video include three unfinished wooden gift items purchased inexpensively at a craft store: a photo frame with heart shaped cut out to insert a family photo (American Flag painting), a small box (Painting Bunting bird painting), and a mini treasure trinket box (Lion and the Lamb painting). You of course can choose any of the prints, and any gift item you wish (gift items not included). All you need is the print and a fixative like Mod Podge (brush on, follow product instructions). Cut the print to fit the item, glue it on. Some may choose to seal it with a spray (I did not do that). Make the art your own. From Natalie: I’d love to see the creative projects you come up with, so if you are willing to share, please send your photos to me.
